Children Fashion Designer: Helen Lee

I love the designs of the famous children's fashion designer, Helen Lee. The patterns she illustrated for were from the McCall's line and are usually cute, frilly, twirly dresses. I can always spot a Helen Lee pattern and will never leave one behind. She was the first children's designer to win the Coty American Fashion Critics Award, for her designs, in 1953. Here are a few of my photos. Four of them remain in my shop, which is surprising, they usually fly out the door, as soon as listed.

"Sandritocat's Vintage Pattern Blog" has been included in this weeks A Sunday Drive. I hope this helps to attract even more new visitors (not to mention customers!) here.
