Vintage 30s and 40s Lingerie Patterns

I came across a bunch of great 30s and 40s sewing patterns and these two lingerie patterns are my favorite. Look how long and lean they look. Exquisite.

    Very exquisite and beautiful! I really marvel at how they sized patterns back then-a size 16 being a 34 bust is odd!

    Yeah, but you put them on a short, dumpy body and they cease to look long and lean! But the idea is great!
