Omigosh...I can't begin to tell you how many of these blouses my girlfriend and I made as teenagers. Our community had a Fri. night dance every week during the summer and each week we would make a new gathered skirt and matching top...sometimes this one, sometimes the "peasant" blouses with elastic around the top so it could be worn "off the shoulder"...wow, thanks for the trip down "memory lane"!
